1229 - Heavy Peill & Pützler Bullicante Vase
Interesting "Schleiergraphit" vase, in clear glass with controlled air bubbles and white inclusions. By German glassworks Peill & Pützler, circa 1960s. We have been unable to find the Peill & Pützler mark, but the vase was attributed by a leading expert in Scandinavian and German glass.

As shown in the pictures, the vase has two black stripes on its side. This coloration is in the interior of the glass, and is clearly how the piece was made. There are a few other small black inclusions inside the glass from the manufacturing process. The vase stands 9.5" tall and is in very good condition with only minor surface scratches to the sides and heavy age related base wear.
