Monumental sommerso decanter by Flavio Poli for Seguso Vetri d'Arte, circa 1950s. In brown glass cased inside a layer of pale yellow. This enormous decanter, standing 22" tall to the top of the stopper, is a showstopper. In excellent condition.
A similar bottle was featured in the 1998 Sotheby's auction "Important 20th Century Glass" with an estimate of $1,800 to $2,400. |
