Wonderful circa 1970s silver plate with gold gilt necklace by Danish designer Jacob Hull. Heavyweight and solid, with three shiny, articulated discs hanging from a solid necklace. The discs are smooth while the "holders" and bottom portion of the neck-ring have a textured surface.
The opening of necklace measures 4.5" x 4 3/4". The hanging portion measures 3.5" long. It is signed on the rear Jacob Hill in script & Denmark below it and B+D with a red enamel circle. Very good condition with some fading to the gilding. |
